Welcome to YT and I look forward to seeing pictures of Ella. Don't feel badly if she won't "go" outside. My Romeo is 28 months and he is completely trained to use wee pads indoors. An expensive habit but it works for both of us and he never has to "hold it" until I can take him out. I only use the ClearQuest brand puppy pads and order bulk from freshpets.com.
