First let me say I am so glad your BF is ok! Yes he should report it!

Same kind of thing happened to my husband almost 9 years ago...only he WAS hit head on. He has had 16 surgeries and is still not ok. There are more surgeries in the future, we just don't know how many or when! The jerk who hit him walked away with a mild sprained ankle. Every bone in my husbands feet and ankles were broken or shattered. His knee and hip were broken and he has 3 herniated disks in his back....the guy never even said he was sorry.

I'm with you, I can't stand these jerks who feel that the 2 minutes they save by driving unsafely is worth ruining someone elses life!

Again, I am just glad your BF is ok...the car can be fixed he can't be replaced.
