If the pup still has diarrhea I think I would pull the food until you talk to the vet. Mine always suggests that so the tummy can "rest". Still give water of course. I know many don't like Science Diet, but why don't you ask about the Science Diet I/D. It really works for Rosie and her IBS. Just a suggestion. I would call the vet as soon as you can. Sending prayers and hugs for your little one. Keep us updated.
