Cordelia's did this when she was constipated. I would take her to the vet because it could be irritated and they will give you either a cream or a spray. I chose the spray because it was easier. It also could be irritated from her booty not being really clean. If you don't clean the poop from their behind it can cause irritation to the glands. Bottom line I would not wait for this to go away, you should have the vet look at it.
