Liverwurst and pate is like a poor man's foie gras. There are lot of different kinds, but as far as pate, I like the vietnamese kind. They spread it on the inside of a bahn mi sandwich (nice crusty baguette) with viet style cold cuts (or hot grilled meat) with pickled daikon and carrot, with sliced jalapenos and a sprig of cilantro. Guess what I take out.
