I hate to say it, but I hate most of the items on your list too! The green pepper and chicken is okay (as long as it's organic).
So, a recipe? Organic Chicken/Almond/Pineapple Salad
1-2 cans of organic chicken - drained.
2 Tbls Organic mayo
1 Tbl Slivered almonds
2? Tbls Pineapple (chunks - drained and smashed). I like pineapple, I use ALOT, but tends to make the mixture mooshy.
Chilled. Spread on thin organic bread-and top with organic leaf lettuce.
My HATE foods are:
LIVER - any type
Raw oysters
Lima beans
