Iverheart Plus is one of several heart-worm med.s that prevents other worms all together.
I also give AVC.
So I don't de-worm.
I prevent.

I did use Pancur on Elvis he came to me with worms-how nasty right?
If a fecal showed no worms why on earth would you de-worm?
