We can only do so much to protect animals that are not our own. I know people get sick of hearing me preach, but I don't care, I educate every kid, I can. And sometimes adults too. Dogs are not disposable commodities,or toys. People should not adopt them with out a serious commitment to protect and love them. Oppps there I go again .....
