Im guessing mostly like that it got scratched since you have two dogs (happens very often). Go to the pharmacy and ask for optic polysporn ointment at the pharmacist. Make sure its the ANTIBIOTIC FOR EYES! It will help lube it up and will ease a bit of the pain. You can use childrens benadryl as an anti histamine on these little guys too, although Im not convinced its allergy related if the other eye isnt affected. Either way it probably wont hurt. Make you get childrens benadryl, and get a syringe from the pharamcy as well. It needs to show ml. The dosage is 1ml per pound by mouth (if you dog is 2 lbs, it will be 2ml of liquid benadryl). Do not use pills. Hopefully it will heal on its own, but an ulcer could develop or he could need surgery, so as soon as you can, get your poor little guy to the vet. Hope that helps!
