WOW! I'm so proud of you..... trying to quit smoking and changing to a healthy way of eating at the same time. Good for you! I commend you from the bottom of my heart. But, you sound determined and I know you'll succeed.
For the others, don't be discouraged if you only lose a pound a week. That's one pound less that YOU have to carry around. Before you know it, the pounds will be adding up.
You don't want to lose too fast anyway or you might not be able to keep it off.
