I had a accident with Jack jumping out one time before I attached his harness and leash. It was aweful, but thank god everything turned out okay. But the screaming and moaning he did for 5 minutes scared the day lights out of me. He hit the payment head first. Turned out he only had a small concusion and he was fine. Taught him and me a leason, he never tries to jump out of anything now. He always looks at me and waits for me to attach his leash.
Oh my ~ how scary!! I'm glad he was OK. Our little babies are so precious, I hate it when they get hurt.

Thanks for the tip on attaching his harness. I have never attached his harness, but certainly will in the future. We always zip the front so he can't get out, but you just never know what he could do before the front is fully closed.
