I've had my dogs eating Canidae for over a year. They all eat it well and I'm very happy with it.
Regarding poops .. very firm. and i haven't found them gaging.
I have a feed store down the street from me. The owner carries every kind of food. I know when I was trying to decide what to feed my yorkies that was the food he recommended over everything he sold.
