It's pretty hard because Im attempting to do both quit smoking and keep the weight gain from happening by my attempt to that task! so eating right will make all the difference in all aspects to a better way of living a healthier life!
I have been quit for 3 Days, 11 hours, 2 minutes and 36 seconds (3 days). I have saved $8.85 by not smoking 55 cigarettes. I have saved 4 hours and 35 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 1/6/2006 11:00 PM
