My Roxy gets this when she gets really excited like when I get home from work. I taped it and showed it to the vet he said it was a reverse sneeze most likely. Her trachea is fine so it is not a collaped trachea. You could try vidoeing it too and showing it to the vet or posting it here. It shouldn't be to hard since you already know when it is most likely to occur. I believe as few members are vets themselves or members of their family are.
