As many of ytou know my Elvis has often been described by me on here as the definition of the "lap dog"
Recently however he has begun to act like a "dog" playing with toys, engaging in rough housing with the other dogs, barking at the door, playing in the yard etc.
Princess "Monster" as many may have also previously read is my dominant female (mini schnauzer) she rules the roost.
Elvis only turns all "brave" when there is a female in heat, previously when Princess was in heat, well she was spayed however if you go all calendar on it she should be in heat about now...
Well here's the weirdness, all day long he has been mounting and attempting to hump, been super interested in investigating her "business" smelling licking-the stuff the boys do...
is there such a thing as a false heat after spay or has Elvis just gone crazy today?
He actually started being weird the last 2 days but I though it was because I was sick in bed he was just being defensive acting a bit dominant, the humping began as soon as everyone went into the yard today...
