I have the same problem giving Neo his "itchy" medicine. I found a compounding pharmacy locally that will flavor pet meds with a taste (like beef, peanut butter,etc.) that the pet will love. It will not affect the potency of the medicine, and being a liquid, just a squirt of the syringe, and you're done! Just ask your vet and I'm sure he/she would agree to write a 'script for it!
