I love my grandma home canned dill pickles..I don't have her recipe, but I know she uses lots of dill, garlic and I think alum and of course apple cider vinegar, but don't quote me on the spices..lol They are very crunchy and spicy.
I also love pickled okra and always made it when I use to have a garden. I don't use a recipe, but found this one which sounds almost identical to how I made mine. I used apple cider vinegar though.
