Ok, this is probably the dumbest question, but I have no idea and thought I better ask than not know. LOL.

Questions on baby teeth...when do Yorkies start to lose their baby teeth? And when they lose them, do you just find them on the floor and dispose of them or what? If the tooth is loose, do I need to be extra careful when brushing her teeth? What about when she is eating? What do I need to know about the whole losing baby teeth process?

I know some of that is strange, but I have never had children and this is our first dog and I do not know. I've read a few books but the only thing it went into detail on teeth was brushing and dental hygene.
