I have never tried the Royal Canin Medical. However, I do feed my babies Royal Canin Yorkshire Terrier Puppy 29 and they love it.

I started my puppies on Wellness Small Breed Just for Puppies. Max did really well with it, but it did not work as well for Abby. It seemed to be a little too rich for her tummy.

After a lot of research and reading of reviews, I decided to try the Royal Canin - Abby and Max both love it. I tried to mix it in with the Wellness to ease them over, but they picked out the Royal Canin. No tummy issues and stools are normal.
