Depending on the size of your image ...you just have to click ONE SIZE (USUALLY 50%) or 460 Pixels and it resizes it for you... there is a place you can MANUALLY type in 460 Pixels and that's the perfect size for posting here
Remember - if your original image is HUGE - you may have to size to 25%....What I do for some peoples pictures is just type it in the space provided and I get perfectly sized pics that way
