Are you talking about her anus sticking out a little? Mia's does this a little teeny tiny bit. I noticed it when she I first got her. I could feel it when I shampooed her and washed her little bum. Anyway she's 22 months old now and it barely does it all. The vet said it was nothing. Hers was not a medical problem, not a hernia, hemmorroid, anal glands or anything to worry about. I thought it was because she was so tiny and skinny and she's still very lean as an adult. I kind of think of it in comparrison to a belly button, some people have inneys and some people have outies..maybe the same for bums. But still have the vet look at your pup because I can't actually "see" what you are talking about..I only know what Mia's was like so it could be totally different. It is hard to describe. But please let me know what your vet says.
