He looks very silky to me,one rule to follow, yorkies are Square, measuring almost equal leght to hight, Silkies are more obolong, measuring LONGER than taller, measure your Kody, if your measures sound more squarish, you have a yorkie, if he is longer than he is tall, then you have a lovely silky in your hands... in my eyes they are all perfect...LOL
