Good luck with their customer service. I ordered 2 new seats, only received one (with no tether) and could NOT get anyone to either return my calls or my emails. Luckily I had used paypal and filed a grievance with them and was able to get my money refunded. Good Luck - hope it works out for you.
I hope no one else uses this company!
