I responded to Brit via PM, but just wanted to post here also just in case someone had the same/similar question. The smell is very pleasant, a good mixture of vanilla & jasmine...not feminine nor masculine. The brush spray can be used everyday & the smell is not over powering but does last a few days. Yes, it keeps the fur babies soft & shiny, tangle free! (couldn't help sounding like an advertisement)
