That's awful! I missed that post. That dog obviously has agression problems and should not be allowed to roam freely in the neighborhood. I'm so sorry for your poor granddaughter.

I've only known one pit, and she was beautiful and loving. As a whole, though, I don't trust the breed and would never own one. I figure, with all of the stories I've heard of them attacking people and animals, I'm not willing to take a chance with this breed. If someone wants to own one, then fine, but I just hope that they don't live anywhere near me.
