I know there are some airlines that allow small pets in the cabin, Alitalia, Lufthansa, and I think Continental but I am not sure on that one. My girlfriend flys back and forth from Italy to Los Angeles with her Yorkie twice per year and she would never let anyone put Tyson in the hold!!! She flys Alitalia. I hope this helps. I am pretty sure that even if they have not done it yet they will add more airlines and more arrival ports for small animals now that the regulations have changed there will be so much more demand.
