I am also going to implement a 20 minute rule. If I want a second helping (after a first helping of adequate size

) then I need to wait 20 minutes after eating to see if I am truly still hungry or just in love with eating
I am also not going to waste calories on sub par food. If I don't LOVE it, I will discontinue eating it

Lets see if I can stick to it
