I give my (big) boys a little less than a teaspoon a day. Yogurt is their treat after walks and I dip the teaspoon in the container and hold the spoon for them to lick.

Treats should not exceed 10% - 20% of your dog's diet. Since yogurt is a dairy product, I would keep it to a minimum.
