She just needs to learn coming
to you is the best thing in the world. You obtain that result thru
love, praise and tons of treats. If she doesn't do it immediately
just be consistant and stick with it. You should be sitting down
on the floor with her when you have a spare chance and work
on name recognition, sit, down, come and other basic commands.
As frustrating as it is she wants to please you but it's up to you
to teach her how. Once she catches on that something pleases
you and is equally rewarding for her you will see steady results.
