Well, I'm not surprised! I absolutely despise BOA!! I had similar problem happen to me! I opened an account with BOA last year because they were at our college fair and I was tempted by the card with my school logo on it...well, I ended up wanting to close the account, but they would not let me!! I had to go in three times to get it done and overall, service just SUCKS. I really don't see a reason to bank with them...my bf has BOA and I've been trying to convince him to switch banks...
