There's 2 senators for CA so do I write to both? I can't find the representatives...or are senators the representatives? There's apparently two classes...what is that? I'm not familiar with the government classification system...Also, do you have a template of what to write...? I want to send a letter to support PUPS ACT, but unsure of exactly what to write.
