Hi it's not an un comon thing for them to have two sets. No it's not from inbreeding but it is in the genes down the line some where. At least that is what I have been told. My Andy had to sets his did not fall out ]. Some yorkies get lucky and they do. Andy had 19 teeth pulled he needed it the breath was horrible there was bacteria in there. Please watch for any falling out or the horrible breath. Look at my profile in there are pictures of all 19 teeth.
He was Nutered at the same time as we did not want to put hum under twice. Poor little guy was sore at both ends. But he came through with flying colors and made Mommy watch 100 and 1 Dalmations over and over lol
