 Kidney disease
So very sorry to hear about the sudden and sad news that your little one may have kidney failure. I know how you feel as my little Nik had the same thing and the onset was devastating and we found it hard to accept. Out of the blue it happened and certainly we did not let her get into any poison. The vet said the kidneys can show no ill effects until they are 75% out of action, and that is why the onset is so dramatic. Your little one is so young too.
Lets hope that further investigation will show that it is not so bad as originally diagnosed and that she can be treated. I agree with the poster who thought your dog should be kept overnight and hydrated to stabilize her, but hopefully that is happening now. You can hydrate at home also.
