It's cooked in a quesadilla but instead of a flour tortilla they use masa and fill it with the smut, regular corn, lettuce, queso, crema. It's really good and not too greasy so a bit more healthier than a regular quesadilla.
I thought I told you guys this like a million times already? | Sounds interesting and I would probably like it as I like most food.
