I agree with this, my dog is indoor trained, and I tried to teach him to go outside, to no avail, when doing both, we had lots of accidents. Harley will now hold his pee during our walks until he gets inside. It's much better to pick indoor or outdoor. If you don't like the idea of papers or potty pads, take a look at this.
