I give mine the hard Nyla Bones to chew on. It helps loosen their baby teeth. My granddaughter had toi have her little yorkies baby teeth pulled. He lost most of them on his own but had a couple that had to be pulled to keep from having problems with gums later. I would let the vet look at them...Good Luck
