I got Maci some yogurt tonight... here's the ingredients: Skim Milk, Cream, Milk Protien Concentrate, Active Bac. Cultures.

The front says: 3% m.f./m.g. Plain Nature Yogurt. No Gelatin. No Starch. No Sugar. No artificial sweeteners. I had no clue about the percentage, so I just got this one. It was only $3 so if I need to get a different kind, I'll swallow the loss lol

I almost got her the Greek kind in plain, but there were so many choices I almost got a headache haha! So is this okay to give maci once a day [tablespoon]
