I have a question for whoever has the shoes off policy. For the people who wear flip flops and get their soles dirty, do you ask them to clean their feet before they come in? Everyone I have seen wear flip flops on a daily basis, has dirty black feet. (bottoms) Even if they remove their footwear at the door, aren't they spreading dirt with their bare feet?
