Red face Would a broken baby tooth cause SUPER smelly breath?

Is it related? Hopefully so. Just made an appt. for bloodwork the 3rd & two extractions on the 11th of November. She said they can look on the 3rd to see what's going on. If it is actual gum disease or something should she be on antibiotics or something before they pull her teeth?

When they examined her teeth a couple months ago she did not need a dental & had virtually no plaque. Seeing the broken tooth is all I can tell is different. No plaque is visible to me (except what I clean between the baby & adult teeth) & no new food. Her only treats are fruits & veggies & rarely boiled chicken or a pinch of tuna (in water) & I can't see them causing the bad breath. I mostly brush her teeth with water & a teeny, tiny bit of toothpaste. Honestly I've been paranoid about aggravating her stomach issues with toothpaste or a spray. I'll be discussing that as well.
