OK, here's the scoop:
I FINALLY today, after days and days of trying, got a hold of the company via phone. The lady on the phone, though she didn't speak English very well, was very nice and said the item was shipped out already but she'd send me a return slip and fully refund my credit card. Whew, good.
I wish I could keep the item but I'm not sure if I have a place for it in my house right now. Maybe in our next house ....since our lease is up in March. But we'll see. |
