This is the same exact thing with Lola. I did as you all suggested, I took up the rug under our dining table. Sure enough it had stains underneath and she had been peeing on it when i didnt realize. So i took it out (thankfully it was cheap) and noticed a tiny drop on the floor right in the middle under the table - so i put her 2nd wee wee tray under there and voila she went on there. i think she lieks the "cave like" atmosphere of going under the dining table between all the chair legs. If this teaches her to only go pee on teh pad then i am ok with that, the other tray is in teh kitchen for when she is gated while i am at work.
otherwise, she goes when taken outside just fine and barks when seh wants to go outside. she wont really poop in the house anymore, she prefers to do that outside too
