I was just going to ask if he has his vax done recently. That is what it is. The fluid from the shot is collected under there. Just massage it every so often and it will go down in about a month. You can call the vet also, that is what they told me. Actually YTers told me first and I called the vet to confirm. Don't worry about it. It's NOT the microchip.
