What a GREAT condo!!! You'd think Simon would NEVER want to leave it!
Hmmmm, is there an extra bedroom or ?? that Simon and Hallie can have while you are gone? Simon might feel the entire home is too much space to "yorkie manage" while you are away and feel overwhelmed. But maybe if they had just one room Simon would feel more secure?
I don't know....this is all just a guess.
