I was looking in the sign-up thread for this GE and it says you have to have 250 posts before you sign up. So I'm assuming you have this whole month to get to 250 and sign up before November 1st. Not positive but that is what they make it sound like.
EDIT: Nevermind, I notice you haven't been a member for a certain time period. Aww! The more the merrier! Hopefully you'll get in on the next one
