So you may want to try a cut off time each night being sure to give her plenty of time to go out and releve herself before going to bed for the night /2-3 more times.

If that does not work than you may have to crate her at night. My babies where crated for sometimes up to a year before I allowed them to roam the house at night. Depending on whether they went potty in the house during the night.

i take up her water and food bowl after 730pm. That i have been good about, and take her out at least 2 times or 3 before bed time.
