My older yorkie had the same symptoms. She has pancreatitis. The vet says it is from having too much fat in her diet. Watch out if u are feeding lots of jerky treats or table foods. Now I have to live with this guilt. Thankfully she is doing well on a special diet. She, too, was hungry, but the BM's were nasty. Have her checked out by asking for a blood test. I'll be thinking about you!
