So sorry about your baby. We have gone through this twice this summer with Dudley. He acted like he had to swallow over and over and come to find out it was toncillitus. He never did vomit with his. Kibble hurt his little throat so I moisened canned food and he could eat that without it hurting and he was also on antibotics. Hope your baby gets to feeling better but I would try to find out about the vomiting.
