We just returned from Italy and I wanted to share our special news
WE GOT ENGAGED IN VENICE!!! It was magical
We decided to go on a gondola ride before dinner. The sun was setting and it was so incredibly beautiful. We were on the grand canal and could hear music of another gondola in the background and than....MATT GOT DOWN ON ONE KNEE (on the gondola) and told me he that he loved me and wanted to spend the rest of his life with me and asked me to MARRY HIM!!! Of course I said yes! We ended up having dinner at a restuarant that overlooked the spot on the grand canal where he proposed. ROMANTIC ROMONATIC!!
We had an amazing trip! After Venice we headed to Rome, Florence, Chianti and Cinque Terre.
Of course we missed Teddy terribly, but he did great at my parents house (I was so nervouse to be away from him for two weeks...but everything went smoothly just as you all told me it would!). We got home on Friday night and he has been giving us lots of yorkie love and kisses. He has been following us around everywhere!
