One thing that was a life saver for 3 of my dogs that I didn't see on the list is bitter apple spray for things that she might want to chew on. My MIL also used it when her puppy wanted to chew on her area rugs and one taste of that and he never did it again. Puppies like to chew and as much as you try to keep things out of puppies reach and to watch them like a hawk, they will find something. Chip once chewed a hole in the vinyl bathroom floor. I would also suggest taking the collar off the list. Only a harness should be used with a yorkie's fragile trachea. Someone else mentioned name tags. I would suggest a small variety of toys until you figure out which kind she likes the best - squeaky plush toys, kongs, balls, etc. One thing I thought was fun while having puppies was training - you could get a trick training book and start teaching her things on your own!
Congrats on the new puppy. You do sound very excited and prepared. You'll be a great new mommy!
