Why do they so like ankles?!!? We taught Harry to not do this by having his harness on and a leash attached. When we could tell he was about to 'go', we'd give a gentle tug on the leash to stop him in his tracks, accompanied by a sharp 'no'. It truly only took a day or 2 for him to learn. Good luck!
